Tahu Campur

Tahu Campur is one of the specialties of East Java . Tahu Campur consisted of chewy beef soup, fried tofu, cassava cakes, fresh bean sprouts, fresh watercress, yellow noodles and prawn crackers. All of this is then mixed into the spice paste, fried onions, and chili. These dishes are sold in street stalls with the label "Tahu Campur Lamongan" .
